Who we are
Seniors Union US is owned and operated by Adcentral, LLC. Adcentral, LLC is the business responsible for seniorsunionus.com and is the party to contact about the personal information described in this policy. We operate this site as an advertising and information website about final expense life insurance and Medicare. We are not an insurer, agency, or government agency. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used and shared.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as name, telephone number, email address, mailing address or ZIP code, date of birth or age range, state, and answers you give in a form. We may also automatically collect device, browser, IP address, referral source, page interaction, and advertising measurement data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used by us and our advertising partners.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This website is intended for a general adult audience in the United States.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, to connect you with licensed agents, insurance agencies, or marketing partners, to operate and improve the website, to measure and optimize advertising, to detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
If you submit a form or call a number on this site, your information may be shared with one or more insurance agencies, licensed agents, lead purchasers, or marketing partners so they can contact you about coverage options. We may also share information with service providers, hosting and analytics providers, advertising and affiliate networks, and with others where required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We are paid for some of these connections; see the advertising disclosure below.
Because we may be paid to transfer your information to partners, this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to opt out.
Contact you may receive
By submitting your information, you may consent to be contacted at the number and email you provide by one or more licensed agents or marketing partners, including by automated telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message, even if your number appears on a state or federal do-not-call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and calls may be monitored or recorded. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or emailing us at the address below.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of it and of targeted advertising; and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, or to ask that we stop contacting you, email contact@seniorsunionus.com with the phone number or email address involved. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may also use your browser's cookie controls and any global opt-out preference signal your browser sends.
Once your information has been shared with a partner, that partner's own privacy policy governs its use of it. Requests to delete data held by a partner must be made to that partner.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Questions: contact@seniorsunionus.com.
